I recently was lucky enough to photograph the wedding of Tessa & Ben. Our Journey together began last year when Tessa popped into the studio to look at our work. I vividly remember her straight away falling in love with our stunning traditional albums, living only a block away from the studio she was back in a few days time, only this time she came in with Ben.
We discussed there day and all agreed simple and traditional photos would suit them along with there album.
On the wedding day I was greeted by Ben’s Dad at the door, I felt at home when the first words I heard were “come in and have some food” Ben’s house was full of family, friends and of course lots of food.
Meanwhile at the girls Tessa was a little nervous but the girls were happy to break out the bubbly and have a giggle or two.
The rest of the day went perfectly to plan, even a shower or two that was forecast for the day held off and the sun made it’s way out just as we began our photos around the stunning gardens at Ripponlea Estate which was also the location chosen for the ceremony. We then headed into the city for a drink and more photos, followed by the reception at Ascot House in Ascot Vale.
I’d like to thank Both Ben and Tessa for letting me share there special day with them.
